We aren’t currently hiring but we are always on the lookout for streetwise savvy HR Gurus and/or Superstars. If you’re interested in working with us in the future, please send a covering letter and CV to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Permanent, Full-time/Part-time, Bournemouth/Poole-based with regular expenses-paid travel across Dorset & Hampshire, salary dependant on experience & abilities, with clear career progression as the company expands.
As an experienced Human Resources professional, you will provide support to clients on all aspects of working with people. You will have strong knowledge of employment law and an ability to communicate your advice in plain English with no legal jargon or obsession with best practice. This business is successful because our clients like us to advise with the commercial requirements of their business in mind; with best practice, case law and statute being their secondary interests and motivators. You will therefore require the ability to give various solutions to a people problem and discuss the pros and cons of each advised course of action.
Educated to degree level or equivalent you will have at least 6 years’ experience of working as an HR Advisor. You will be aware of the issues that people managers face, and be confident and knowledgeable in providing solutions to those issues. You will be proficient in Microsoft applications and have an extremely high level of attention to detail. You will be a confident and friendly communicator, with the ability to advise credibly and professionally at board level one day, yet have the discretion and sensitivity to work with employees affected by redundancy or facing disciplinary action the next.
The majority of the role will be spent on-site with clients or in the office. If you have a passion for people, and an enthusiasm to offer people solutions, we’d love to talk to you! If you are interested, please send a covering letter and a CV to email@example.com.
