04 May Streetwise HR to sponsor Rock Awards
Bournemouth HR guru, Streetwise HR, are excited to be sponsoring the Company Star Award category at this year’s Rock Awards, taking place on 19th October 2017 at the Bournemouth’s O2 Academy.
With the Rock Awards celebrating Dorset’s exceptional young talent, the Company Star Category turns its attention to the businesses dedicated to hiring, training and promoting their employees to develop them into the young business leaders of the future.
As a vibrant and entrepreneurial company, this is something close to Streetwise HR’s heart, who are dedicated to helping businesses get the absolute best from their employees. Company Director, Debra Cohen, who will be speaking at the ceremony, says:
“Dorset is absolutely teaming with young talent, so I’ve always been passionate about ensuring businesses recognise and nurture their employees. We work with lots of companies to ensure they engage each member of their workforce, no matter what stage they’re at with their career. When I heard about the awards, I knew it was something we had to support – there are so many talented, dedicated and hard-working employees that sometimes go unnoticed; these awards enable those people to be recognised.”
Founded by Dorset’s recruitment specialists, Rock Recruitment, in 2012, the Rock Awards celebrate talented young people from across the county, as well as the companies that help develop them into Dorset’s ‘Stars of the Future.’ With nominees aged between 16-26 and from all walks of life, there are 13 categories in total, including ‘Shooting Star of the Future Award’, ‘Student Star of the Future Award’ and – new for 2017 – ‘Teaching Star of the Future Award.’
