Our Mission: To create a non-stuffy community where HR professionals can come together to share stories, seek advice, and ask those burning questions—judgement-free. Think of us as your go-to HR confidants, eager to lend an ear or offer a fresh perspective on the complexities of our field.

What We Do: Combining the best of both worlds, The HR Sounding Board offers a blend of in-person events and an interactive online forum. From intimate peer group discussions to larger seminars focusing on hot topics like Tribunals, Agile HR, and spotting those Employee Red Flags—we cover it all, minus the jargon.

Who We Are: This page is run by the HR Gurus at Streetwise HR. With more HR years under our belt than we might care to count, we have a treasure trove of experience and insights. Working in outsourced positions across a range of industries, there’s probably not a situation we’ve not come across (but feel free to challenge us!)
