ABOUT ADIDO
Adido is a strategic digital marketing agency based on the South coast of England, specialising in strategy, digital marketing, and website design.
THE PROBLEM
Adido had their own, full-time HR Manager but after a restructure of the business they found they needed to downsize and this role was consequently made redundant. The company needed help with executing this decision in a fair and professional way so called on the expertise of the HR specialists at Streetwise HR to provide the solution.
Though there was no longer a need for a full-time in-house HR position at Adido, they still needed a HR lifeline to rely upon for when problems and opportunities arose. Having been impressed with the service they had already received from Streetwise HR, the marketing agency decided to continue with partnership and have them as their ‘HR team’.
THE SOLUTION
The Streetwise HR team have been working alongside Adido for the past five years now and have helped the company go from strength to strength with our forward-thinking approach to human resources.
This includes taking the time-consuming task of composing Contract of Employments off the hands of management, and creating and updating employee handbooks to ensure everyone in the business is on the same page and working towards the same goals.
The Streetwise team also complete all Adido’s HR administration tasks, such as management of the people HR system, sending documents to staff, logging holiday and absences, as well as logging payroll adjustments to help make the life of their accounts assistant much easier.
As a HR consultancy, the team is there for Adido whenever they need guidance and advice, be it over the phone, via email or on-site face to face meetings.
